Many polygraph examiners have conducted very few polygraph examinations in comparison to Mr. Fulmer. He has conducted over 20,000 polygraph tests in over 35 years. He has always been a 100 percent Polygraph Examiner throughout his professional career. Some examiners advertise they have been in law enforcement for so many years, but fail to say how often they actually conducted polygraph examinations. Many had other duties and seldom did any testing. Some Polygraph Examiners state they have been in business (of an irrelevant sort) for many years but fail to tell you they have just become a polygraph examiner fresh out of school with very little experience. Some do private investigations to support their polygraph business. A good examiner does not need outside support. One should avoid any examiner that has not held a polygraph license for at least 5 years and conducted less than 2500 polygraph examinations.
All tests are conducted in a professional manner and all people are treated with respect and professional courtesy. All testing and information obtained during an examination is confidential. All tests are performed after a confidentiality form is signed by the examiner and results will only be given with written permission.
Polygraph test results are given verbally and immediately at the ending of the testing period. Written reports will be mailed or faxed usually within 24 hours.in emergency situations it can be done on the spot.
